378 Sunfish Court
Foster City
This residence had been owned and cared for by the same family for decades and was in need of updating in order to appeal to the largest pool of possible homebuyers. Luckily for us, the home had great bones; a mostly open floor plan, five bedrooms - which is the most desirable floorplan in the subdivision, a larger-than-normal lot size, and a cul-de-sac location. Starting with the front of the residence, we gave the home a fresh coat of paint and updated the landscaping, giving the home a fresh, updated curb appeal.
We saw potential for this room because of the easy indoor/outdoor living opportunity, and the abundance of natural light. We removed the wood paneling and applied a fresh coat of paint, along with removing the carpet. Turns out the family living here for decades had no idea about the stunning, preserved hardwood floors beneath them until we got rid of the old carpeting!
We didn't have a full kitchen remodel in the budget, but the new paint and refinished flooring made quite a difference. This kitchen serves as a blank canvas for the buyer to build on or completely gut and remodel.
Along with the desirable floorplan, we knew the larger than normal lot size would be a major selling point - so we got to work on new landscaping, planters, and repairing the pool back to working condition. We are thrilled for our sellers, and the future owners of this stunning home!
